- Currently certified Reduced Fare and Mobility customers who have not received new Breeze cards in the mail should visit the Reduced Fare office at MARTA headquarters located at 2424 Piedmont Road NE in Atlanta.
- Due to the high demand for Reduced Fare and Mobility cards, customers may experience a wait at headquarters before receiving their card. Seating, refreshments, and restrooms are available.
- Access to MARTA bus and rail service continues during this card distribution period. Please enter or exit rail stations through open fare gates or emergency doors and show your old Reduced Fare or Mobility card to bus operators when boarding.
