MARTA is proud to introduce the new MARTA Paratransit Mobile App and Online Booking Portal, powered by RideCo’s industry-leading software. This modernized initiative provides eligible MARTA Mobility patrons with a faster, easier, and more independent way to manage travel.

With this upgrade, you now have three convenient ways to book, change, or cancel your trips: 

  • MARTA Paratransit App (Available for iOS on the Apple App Store and for Android on the Google Play Store.) 
  • New Web Portal at book.martamobility.rideco.com  
  • MARTA Mobility Call Center: For reservations via phone, riders can continue to call 404-848-4212. Phone reservation hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 7 days a week.

  • Real-Time Ride Tracking: Locate your vehicle on a live map, view driver details, and monitor precise estimated arrival times (ETA). 
  • Instant Notifications: Stay informed from start to finish with text alerts and automated updates for trip confirmations, vehicle assignments, and approach reminders.
  • Effortless Trip Management: Book, view, modify, or cancel trips all in one place. You can also save your favorite recent locations for faster scheduling in the future. 
  • Secure Account Access: Enjoy a fully secure login experience using your MARTA Mobility ID or connected email address. 

Prefer to call? No problem. Our MARTA Mobility Reservations and ETA support lines remain fully available to help you schedule, modify, or cancel trips over the phone.

Application for Mobility Eligibility Certification

Click this link [ PDF version] to print a hardcopy of the MARTA Mobility Eligibility Application for Certification Part B (for the completion by your Health Care Provider). 

If you choose to download the pdf version of the Part B application please deliver it to your Provider for completion.

Please note that your application will not be processed until MARTA Eligibility receives your completed Part A and Part B forms.

If you prefer to have a hardcopy of the application mailed to your home, please contact 404-848-5389, or mobilitycertification@itsmarta.com with that request. 


MARTA Mobility is our service that provides ADA Complementary Paratransit service to anyone unable to ride or disembark from our regular MARTA transit services. Riders must have a MARTA Mobility Photo ID Breeze Card to be able to request and board our MARTA Mobility buses.

Mobility Moving Forward

MARTA Mobility is Moving Forward with a change that will allow you to speak to a live reservationist on the weekends:

  • Mobility answers weekend and holiday calls LIVE from 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
  • You will still have the option of going into voicemail.
