ATTENTION!

CHANGE IN BANK CUSTODIAN ALERT 

Effective August 3, 2026, the MARTA ATU Local 732 Employees Retirement Plan changed its custodian bank from PNC Bank to U.S. Bank.

As part of this transition, U.S. Bank will begin mailing two important notices to retirement plan members on August 14, 2026:

• Change in Payment Agent Letter
• Identifying Number Letter

Important: These letters will arrive in plain white envelopes addressed to you. Please open and retain both letters for your records. Do not discard them.

As part of this transition, the appearance of check stubs and ACH confirmations will also change. Samples of the letters, check stubs, and ACH confirmationsare provided for your reference.

Your benefit payment schedule will not change. Payments will continue to be issued and received at the end of each month.

This custodian change will not affect your day-to-day communications with the MARTA ATU Local 732 Employees Retirement Plan, c/o Zenith American Solutions, Inc. Please continue to contact Zenith American Solutions at 770-934-3953 for assistance with:

• Updating your address
• Changing your direct deposit information
• Updating federal or state tax withholding elections
• Questions regarding application status or benefit payment amounts
