MARTA MARKETS MAKES SHOPPING LOCAL EASY
ATLANTA - The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit
Authority (MARTA), in partnership with Retaaza, is
inviting customers to shop at a MARTA Market throughout the 2026 regular
season. Each MARTA Market farm stand operates one day per week, Tuesday
through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. with the market ending in mid-December.
Markets are open at the following rail
stations listed below:
Tuesday
- Kensington Station
Wednesday -
West End and Bankhead Stations
Thursday
- College Park and Doraville Stations (closed

Friday
- H.E. Holmes Station
A
reminder that due to construction, the MARTA Market at Five
Points will be closed for the 2026 season.
MARTA Markets source locally grown produce from farmers
affiliated with Retaaza and several local food hubs. This allows local farmers
to sell more produce to customers who might not otherwise make it to a farmer’s
market. Non-local produce complements the fresh food available.
The markets accept cash, credit, debit, and EBT/SNAP.
