MARTA SUSPENDS SERVICE WITHIN CITY OF ATLANTA IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURFEW EXTENSION/WILL RUN SERVICE IN FULTON, DEKALB, & CLAYTON
In accordance with the curfew extension announced today by Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, MARTA will suspend *all* rail, bus, and paratransit services at 9:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1 within the City of Atlanta. Riders within the City of Atlanta should board their last train by 8:30 p.m.; all rail stations within the City of Atlanta will close at 9:00 p.m. Due to protests at Centennial Olympic Park, streetcar services have been suspended for the night.
RAIL SERVICE:
From 9:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., MARTA will continue to provide rail service approximately every 20 minutes at all rail stations located outside the City of Atlanta:
Trains will only operate between the following stations (*as shuttles).
- Doraville Station to Brookhaven Station
- North Springs Station to Medical Center Station
- Indian Creek Station to Decatur Station
- Airport Station to East Point Station
*Trains will stop at all stations in between.
BUS SERVICE:
The following bus routes outside the City of Atlanta that service Fulton, DeKalb, and Clayton counties will continue to operate from 9:00 p.m. until the end of scheduled service.

19 – Clairmont Rd
*39 – Buford Hwy – *will terminate at Brookhaven Station
84 – Washington Rd/Camp Creek Marketplace
86 – Fairington Rd.
89 – Old National Hwy/Union City
111 – Snapfinger Woods
117 – Rockbridge Rd/Panola Rd
120 – East Ponce De Leon Ave
121 – Memorial Dr/Hairston Rd
185 – Alpharetta/Old Milton Pkwy
191 – Riverdale/ATL International Terminal
192 – Old Dixie/Tara Blvd
193 – Morrow/Jonesboro
196 – Upper Riverdale/Southlake
MARTA has police officers stationed throughout the system to help ensure the safety and security of customers. Riders may use the See & Say app to report criminal behavior directly to the MARTA Police Department. If you need assistance, call MARTA’s Customer Care Center at 404-848-5000.
All transit services will resume Tuesday morning, June 2, at their scheduled time.
