Submitting an
online inquiry through the Comments & Lost Item Form is the preferred way
to document your lost item, and staff will begin searching for it as soon as we
receive your inquiry form. Please note that it can take up to five business
days for your lost item to reach the Lost & Found office
On June 6,
2025 at 5 p.m., the Lost & Found Office at the Five Points Rail Station
will close due to Five Points Transformation construction.
Starting June
9, 2025, the Lost & Found office will operate by appointment only. Email
lostandfound@itsmarta.com or call (404) 848-3208, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m.
until 5 p.m., for help retrieving your lost item.
Appointments
to retrieve lost items will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
only.
