Definition: Measures operating cost of providing light rail service per unlinked light rail passenger boarding.

Performance (May 2026):

 The Cost per MARTA Streetcar Passenger Trip of $20.12 in May exceeded the forecast by $7.31. This unfavorable variance was due to operating expenses coming in over budget and Streetcar ridership falling short of the forecast by 17,932 unlinked passenger trips.
