Definition: Measures how closely service runs to schedule. Departures are considered on-time, if made between 0 and 5 minutes after the scheduled departure times.
Performance (May 2026):
Bus on-time performance was 72.78% in May 2026, which did not meet the target of 78.5% or higher.
Note:
Bus routes retired or introduced in the NextGen Bus Network redesign will not contain data for all months.
