Performance (September 2025):
In September 2025, there were 0.14 complaints per 1,000
streetcar boardings. This did not meet the target of 0.1 complaints or fewer
per 1,000 streetcar boardings.
Note: Due to utility repair work along the streetcar
alignment, streetcar service was temporarily suspended starting in September.
In the meantime, shuttle vans are servicing all streetcar stops. Streetcar KPIs
during the service suspension are based on the shuttle operating statistics.
