Performance (December 2025):
In December 2025, there were 0.00 complaints per 1,000
streetcar boardings. This met the target of 0.1 complaints or fewer per 1,000 streetcar
boardings.
Note: Due to utility repair work along the streetcar
alignment, streetcar service was temporarily suspended starting in September.
In the meantime, shuttle vans are servicing all streetcar stops. Streetcar KPIs
during the service suspension are based on the shuttle operating statistics. Small differences may exist between the Bus and Streetcar ridership and Vehicle Revenue Miles numbers reported here and those in the National Transit Database due to reporting requirements set by the Federal Transit Administration for when alternative vehicles are used to provide service, such as using Mobility vans to deliver Streetcar service.
