Project Overview
Opening its doors in 1979, MARTA’s Vine City Station has spent nearly 50 years serving the community as a key gateway to downtown Atlanta. Located near Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Vine City Station plays an important role in connecting residents, fans and visitors to major events in the heart of the city.
Vine City Station has received a fresh new look to enhance customer experience including: lighting repairs, brick paver replacement, exterior pressure washing, and painting.

- Canopy and railing resurfacing
- New paint with graffiti-resistant coating
- New LED lighting upgrades throughout the station
- New trash receptacles
- New metal emergency exit doors on the platform
- Pressure-washing
- New exterior sidewalks
- Courtyard landscaping and brick improvements
- Courtyard seating installation
- Ceiling tile replacement above stairwell and escalators
- Roofing repairs to protect the station and allow additional light into the concourse
