Performance (August 2025):

The Cost per Rail Passenger Trip of $9.21 in August came in higher than the forecast by $0.37. This unfavorable variance was due to operating expenses coming in over budget despite rail ridership exceeding the forecast by 190,735 unlinked passenger trips.
