Performance (September 2025):

The Cost per Rail Passenger Trip of $8.53 in September came in higher than the forecast by $0.26. This unfavorable variance was due to operating expenses coming in over budget despite rail ridership exceeding the forecast by 173,162 unlinked passenger trips.
