Performance (September 2025):

The Cost per Bus Passenger Trip of $9.15 in September was higher than the forecast by $1.76. This unfavorable variance was due to operating expenses coming in over budget and bus ridership falling short of the forecast by 322,491 unlinked passenger trips.
