Streetcar On-Time Performance

Definition: Measures how closely service runs to schedule. Departures are considered on-time if performed within 9 minutes of scheduled departure times.

Performance (March 2026):

Streetcar on-time performance was 92.15% in March 2026, which met the target of 85% or higher.

Note: Due to utility repair work along the streetcar alignment, streetcar service was temporarily suspended from September through the beginning of February. During that time, shuttle vans serviced all streetcar stops. Streetcar KPIs during the service suspension are based on the shuttle operating statistics.
