Streetcar Missed Trip Rate

Definition: Any trip arriving more than 10 minutes past the scheduled arrival time

Performance (January 2026):

Streetcar missed trip rate for January 2026 was 2.08% which did not meet the target of 0.5% or less.

Note: Due to utility repair work along the streetcar alignment, streetcar service was temporarily suspended starting in September. In the meantime, shuttle vans are servicing all streetcar stops. Streetcar KPIs during the service suspension are based on the shuttle operating statistics.
