Definition: Measures the number of Part 1 Crimes - including four violent crime types (Homicide, Forcible Rape, Aggravated Assault, and Robbery) and four property crime types (Larceny/Theft, Motor Vehicle Theft, Burglary, and Arson) - per one million unlinked passenger boardings.
Performance (January 2026):
In January 2026, there were 1.40 Part 1 crimes per one million unlinked passenger boardings. This met the target of 4.15 or fewer Part 1 crimes per one million unlinked passenger boardings.
