Definition: Measures customer complaints about bus service (for example, related to on-time performance; operator courtesy, etc.) per 100,000 bus passenger boardings.

Performance (August 2018):

In August, did not meet the Target; the actual being 14.08. Most customer complaints were "pass-up" and "no-show" related.

Actions:

Improve operator availability and training.
