Definition: Measures customer complaints about bus service (for example, related to on-time performance; operator courtesy, etc.) per 100,000 bus passenger boardings.

Performance (December 2018):

In December, missed the Target by 9.86; the actual being 17.86 - mostly due to operator availability issues.

Corrective Action:

Improve operator availability.
