The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is Atlanta’s public transportation system, boasting 48 miles of rail track with 38 train stations, a network of bus routes, and the Atlanta Streetcar.

During major events such as Super Bowl LIII, MARTA can easily transport you to key venues around the city like the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park and many more places without the hassle of traffic or parking.

Simple Steps To Taking MARTA

Riding MARTA is easy! Use our Plan A Trip feature to find the best route to your destination. Purchase a Breeze Card (reloadable) or Breeze Ticket (non-reloadable) with your fare or day passes you’ll require. Breeze Cards/Tickets can be purchased online or at a Breeze Vending Machine located at our transit stations. To ride, tap your Breeze Card/Ticket on the blue target at the station fare gate or on the bus.

REMEMBER!

Buy a round trip or day pass(es) in advance to avoid lines at the Breeze Vending Machines.

Allow additional travel time due to large crowds.

Use our trip planner to plan your trip in advance.

Each rider must have their own Breeze Card or ticket

Commemorative Card and Fare Information

MARTA has a limited-time Breeze Card, made special for Super Bowl LIII! Remember the magic of Super Bowl LIII with a commemorative Breeze Card— presales begin Saturday, December 16, 2018.

MARTA fare is $2.50 for a one-way trip. It’s best to buy a round trip (2 trips) to ensure you get to your destination and back. Need to ride MARTA for more than one day? Buy a MARTA pass. MARTA passes provide unlimited rides for a set number of days.

Service Information

To better serve our customers and visitors during Super Bowl events, MARTA is expanding regular operating hours from Jan. 29 – Feb. 5, including 24-hour service from Feb. 1 – 5.

January 29 - 31: Bus 5:00 AM - 1:00 AM, Rail 4:00 AM - 1:00 AM

February 1 - 4: Bus Routes 15, 39, 83, 196 will run continuous, 24-hour service from 4:00 AM – 2:00 AM, Rail will run continuous, 24-hour service from 4:00 AM on Feb. 1 – 2:00 AM Feb. 5 

Streetcar Frequency: On Feb. 3, the Streetcar will operate approximately every 9 minutes

Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport

The easiest way to get to and from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is MARTA! MARTA's Airport Station is located inside the domestic terminal in between the North and South baggage claims. We also have a MARTA RideStore at the Airport to conveniently purchase your fare.
