Beginning July 9, 2012, MARTA has transitioned to a fully automated recruiting system, ‘iRecruitment’. This new system
enables applicants to easily find and apply for jobs at MARTA, to maintain and update their online profile or resume, or to check the status of job applications,
as well as receive email notifications related to the status of their application. You may view available job opportunities without logging in, but must log
in for anything additional.
Please take a few moments to carefully review a few important points you need to know regarding iRecruitment.

Who needs to register in the new system?
If you are a current MARTA employee, you have been provided an Oracle username (if you didn’t have one already) and will
NOT need to register.
If you are a former MARTA employee, you must register in iRecruitment (even if you have applied/registered in the old system) using a
separate link provided on the login page to create a new account linked to your prior record of employment in order to do anything other than view available job
opportunities.
If you have never worked as a MARTA employee but have applied for a job using the old online system or at least registered in that system after Jun 1, 2012,
you have been emailed your login credentials and will NOT need to register.
Everyone else must register to apply for jobs at MARTA, but may search for open job postings without registering.
