- Please stand behind the gray, textured safety edge while waiting for a train. Do not enter or exit until the train has come to a complete stop.
- Please allow passengers to exit the train before you board. Allow customers using wheelchairs or other mobility devices to board first.
- Never hold the doors open or stick any objects in the train doors to prevent them from closing and cause a delay.

- Wait at the bus stop. You can only board and get off the bus at designated MARTA bus stops.
- Do not run after or alongside a bus to get it to stop. Operators turn their attention to the road and traffic once the bus is moving.
- Please allow passengers to exit the bus before you board. For safety purposes, customers using mobility devices should board last.

- Wait at the curbside or designated pick up point. Never stand behind the L-Van.
- Passengers who use wheelchairs or mobility devices should have their lap belt secured while riding.
- When requesting the ramp or lift, please stand clear until it is fully deployed to the ground.

- Always face forward and hold the hand rail.
- Step on and off promptly.
- Stand to the right.
- Stay clear of moving parts. (Loose shoe laces and clothing can get caught in escalators.)

- Please let passengers closest to the door exit first.
- Never hold the doors open or stick any objects in the elevator doors to prevent them from closing
- Before getting on an elevator always makesure that the elevator is level with the floor.
