Definition: Measures the number of customer complaints about bus service per 100,000 bus passenger boardings.

Performance (October 2017):

In October, just missed the Target; the actual being 8.1. The most frequent complaints were pass-by and rude operator related.

Corrective Action:

Improve operator training and customer communications.
