| Course Goal | This program is specifically designed for enhancing the skill set of established managers and supervisors. |
| Course Description |
In the Speed
of Trust Foundations work session, you identify and address "trust
gaps" in your personal credibility and relationships at work. Using
"real work" situations, you will: Practice the 13 Behaviors of High
Trust to develop, restore, and extend trust, create a trust action plan to
increase personal credibility and influence, practice communicating
transparently, respectfully, and directly, and identify how to extend appropriate
levels of trust. |
| Course Prerequisites | Employees currently holding a supervisory/management positions. |
