| Course Description | The Office of Learning and Development is excited to launch our Onboarding program. In this course you will learn about the 5 Phases of onboarding, creating a welcoming environment, and your role in retaining your new hire. You will be provided with resources and a framework to be used to successfully onboard, engage, support your newly hired employees. This course is for managers and supervisors. |
