| Course Goal | This program is specifically designed for enhancing the skill set of individuals seeking to develop their leadership skills. |
| Course Description | This program is designed to provide development opportunities for MARTA’s individual contributors who be eligible for greater responsibility including a people manager role. A competitive cohort based program, Emerging Leaders @ MARTA will cover a range of key leadership topics over several months and culminate with presentations and graduation. |
| Course Prerequisites | Open to employees who have been selected to participate. |
