As listed above, there were a total of 413 reported complaints received by the MARTA Police Department for 2009. These complaints came in the form of H.E.A.T complaints that were received from MARTA Customer Service, complaints that were received from police personnel in the field, and from complaints that were received from Internal Affairs. These complaints included complaints against police department personnel that included complaints such as harassment, discourtesy, and professionalism.
