Assistant General Manager, Bus Operations
Ms. Jackson, the Assistant General Manager of Bus Operations at MARTA, has a strong background in the transit industry. She worked for Pierce Transit in Tacoma, Washington for over 21 years, serving as the Director of Operations for her last ten years there. She also worked at Hampton Roads Transit in Virginia as the Chief Operations Officer and was the Vice President of Operations for Transit Management of Southeast Louisiana, Inc. in New Orleans. Ms. Jackson then spent five years as a management consultant to many public organizations, including transit agencies.
