Corridor Genesis - South DeKalb Lindbergh Major Investment Study (2000)

The I-20 East Corridor and Clifton Corridor were once a part of a single study effort.  This analysis details travel patterns and proposed transit options identified in the late 1990s that spanned the entire southeastern and central portions of DeKalb County from the Linbergh Center area all the way to I-20.

Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) Report (2004)

The LPA Report provides detailed information on how each alternative was evaluated with the help of the community. In addition, the Report identifies the preferred technology and alignment for which environmental impacts will be assessed. The document is presented as a whole and by chapters for your convenience.

Proposed Alignment

The proposed alignment was arrived at after screening all proposed alignment alternatives and technologies for fatal flaws. Please be aware that the number of stations and exact routing is not set in stone, and will not be finalized until after the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) has been approved by the Federal Transit Administration. In addition the precise routing into the downtown area has yet to be finalized.
